Alana Livesey’s steady rise in the South Australian apprentice riding ranks continued in September.
Livesey boasted the best strike-rate of the Racing SA Apprentice Academy riding at 24 per cent runners to winners while producing one of the best rides of her short career to win the Mindarie-Halidon Cup aboard Magic Ride for Ryan Balfour.
She also had a provincial double at Gawler.
